Melissa Brennan
Melissa is a senior legal and commercial advisor with 15 years’ experience delivering successful outcomes across both the public and private sectors. Over the past 10 years, she has specialised in the hydropower and construction industries, with involvement from feasibility development through to execution on mega projects.
She is well-versed in the Australian Standard and FIDIC contract suites, and has extensive experience in developing and negotiating bespoke contracts. Holding a current legal practising certificate, Melissa also provides support across a range of project functions, including contracting strategy, procurement activities, contractor engagement, and project execution planning.
Anthony Brennan
Anthony has 15 years of experience in hydropower, with a comprehensive background spanning engineering, project management, asset management, and the full lifecycle of major infrastructure project delivery—from feasibility study development through to contract negotiations and execution.
He has worked with most major Tier 1 contractors, OEMs, and engineering firms, building a strong network of global contacts and gaining specialist expertise across nearly all aspects of hydropower engineering. Anthony has conducted inspections of hydropower stations around the world, learning directly from industry leaders. His international project experience includes work in South Africa, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Spain, the UK, France, and China.
